        WELCOME!

   Dr. Glenn Frisch

Lexington Square Chiropractic and the National Hypnosis Center, is a premier center for mind/body health in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.  Dr. Glenn Frisch graduated Magna Cum Laude from Augsburg College with a degree in Psychology.  This, coupled with an ongoing, 20-year career as a Doctor of Chiropractic, allows patients at the clinic to gain the benefits of integrating physical and mental health.  Dr. Frisch's extensive background in the areas of Diagnosis, Neurology, Anatomy, Physiology, Acupuncture and Clinical Hypnosis provides a unique and grounding mind/body experience that focuses on the mind and body as one integrated entity!

At Lexington Square Chiropractic and the National Hypnosis Center, we strive to markedly improve or correct imbalances in a person's life.  The imbalances may be Physical trauma and pain, or Emotional, Social and even Habitual difficulties.  All available hypnosis programs are supported by ongoing clinical data and independent research when appropriate.  This extensive commitment to excellence is what "Sets Us Apart" from other organizations or groups who make claims in the areas of physical medicine and hypnosis.  Dr. Frisch is a member of the Minnesota Society of Clinical Hypnosis, which is an established medical society, as well as belonging to a number of other educational groups.

Clinical Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique. It is not magic, witchcraft or composed of some other-worldly powers!  The hypnotic procedure allows you to access an area of your brain called the Limbic System. The Limbic system is involved in memories, emotions, habits, and even chronic pain cycles.   The hypnotic state, which is really just a brain frequency, allows direct access to the Limbic system.  The hypnotic state is a very enjoyable physical state.  It is also a purely, natural state of your brain, in which the brain is both relaxed and focused, at the same time!  It is in this heightened state that Physical, Emotional, Social and Habitual changes can be made.  These changes don't just automatically happen because someone says some words.  The Neurophysiological changes that occur are intentional and should be predictable when a program is properly designed and delivered.

In addition to implementing research-supported chiropractic care and other physical therapies like acupuncture, therapeutic hypnosis allows Dr. Frisch the ability to treat conditions like chronic pain, fibromyalgia, allergies, and even insomnia more effectively.  The Habitack® smoking cessation program is in a class by itself and research data continues to prove this.  Programs are continually in development.  You may call the clinic at any time and inquire about new and ongoing programs.  Please read our monthly newsletters by clicking on the "Newsletters" button at the top of this page.  There is a wealth of information in those newsletters that you are unlikely to find anywhere else!

Dr. Frisch's background and experience  with Mind/Body medicine makes Lexington Square Chiropractic and the National Hypnosis Center a truly unique experience.  For more information on our services you may call the clinic Monday through Friday at 763-784-5304.
